Недаром говорят, что деньги должны работать. Товарный оборот, прибыльный вклад, выплаты обязательств. Это регулярные операции, которые проводятся через счёт юридического лица. В организации может вообще не быть кассового аппарата, если она не занимается торговлей за наличный расчёт. Тем не менее, большинство предприятий работает и с наличными деньгами.
Конечно, существуют правила. В четвёртом пункте Указаний ЦБ РФ от 07.10.2013 № 3073-У перечислены цели, на которые можно расходовать наличную выручку. Вот допустимые варианты:
— Зарплата, аванс, мат. помощь сотрудникам и другие подотчётные выплаты.
— Оплата товаров, работ, услуг.
— Возврат денег покупателям (если услуги были оказаны за наличный расчёт).
Максимальная сумма для одного договора с наличным расчётом – 100 000 рублей. Впрочем, на договор с физическим лицом это ограничение не распространяется. (Важное уточнение – ИП в данном случае приравнивается к юридическому лицу).
Запрещается тратить наличные на оплату аренды помещений, операции с ценными бумагами, азартные игры и выдачу займов. Погашение займов наличкой тоже не разрешено. Нарушение карается штрафом до 50 000 рублей, по статье 15.1 КоАП РФ.
В случае, когда приток наличных небольшой и явно не является основным источником дохода, есть смысл использовать деньги из кассы для поощрения сотрудников и улучшения условий на предприятии. Компания сможет это себе позволить, а коллектив по достоинству оценит заботу руководства. Итак, какие есть возможности потратить деньги на пользу компании, оставаясь в рамках закона?
1. Собирайте рабочую библиотеку. Профессиональные знания стремительно устаревают. Появляются новые программы и методы. Чтобы держать персонал в тонусе, приобретайте учебную литературу. Например, профессиональные руководства и методички. Или книги по общим темам – организации труда, деловой психологии, стимулированию продаж. Поощряйте саморазвитие и образование.
2. Перенимайте современный опыт организации рабочего процесса. К примеру, так называемая доска «канбан» поможет планированию работы отдела. Простая настенная панель стоит недорого, но позволит оценить систему на практике. Если система окажется эффективной, со временем её можно будет заменить на более дорогую электронную версию.
3. Непосредственное поощрение сотрудников. Например, пицца самому успешному отделу по результатам месяца. Подарочный сертификат интернет-магазина на день рождения сотрудника. Оплата профессионального семинара, курсов повышения квалификации. Вариантов масса.
4. Обстановка в офисе. Красивые цветы на подоконник: теперь салоны предлагают массу оригинальных декоративных растений. Никаких бабушкиных фикусов! Новая посуда в уголок для чаепитий. Кофе-машина, которая будет заряжать вашу команду бодростью. Всё это позволит улучшить рабочую обстановку и повысить производительность труда!
Самое главное не забывать обосновывать каждый расход из кассы и подкреплять его документально. Иначе траты могут быть расценены как расходы на личные нужды. Это допустимо для ИП, но не годится для юридических лиц и наказывается штрафом.
Мы рассмотрели только некоторые способы потратить деньги с пользой и выгодой для коллектива. Проявляйте фантазию, не бойтесь нестандартных решений, но и не забывайте об ограничениях законодательства. Желаем успехов!

When I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I get four emails with the exact same comment. There has to be a way you are able to remove me from that service? Thanks.
